WELCOME TO MY BLOG

Firstly I am a busy mum of two girls (age 5 and 6), run a business with my partner, and also work part time as a public health contractor.  I live in Cumbria, and in-between all of the above I am trying my best to improve as an elite athlete.

I have been on quite the journey since first doing a standard distance duathlon in 2019 - winning the English and British National Duathlon Championships in 2021 and gaining Elite selection for the 2021 World Duathlon Championships. 

I decided to start this blog as a way of documenting this journey for myself, but also to maybe inspire someone else to relentlessly chase down their goals and dreams.
